What a personal website should remember
Notes toward a place that becomes more useful with age.
The useful part of a personal website is not that it announces a finished identity. It is that the pages can keep evidence of attention: the album that stayed on repeat, the meal that finally worked, the small browser tab that opened an entire week of curiosity.

play one album without skipping anything read the comic already sitting on the desk make something small enough to finish before midnight follow one strange link and write down where it led
The best corners of record stores
An observation about the shelves nobody rushes toward.
The interesting corner is usually where the categories stop making perfect sense. Local releases lean against unlabeled CD-Rs, a soundtrack has migrated into electronic music, and a handwritten divider names a scene that lasted for six months.
